Christmas, perhaps the most celebrated “holy day” within the Christendom and beyond, is ironically as foreign to the Bible as democracy is to Communist China. Neither the Christ nor the inspired writers of the Holy Book played a role in the institution and perpetuation of what we call Christmas.
