Mandarin/Chinese to English translation please.?

Evening every body!
Sorry, i just have a question i was wondering if any of you wonderful Chinese and English speaking people out there could help me with!
I recieved a call, of what seemed to be someone speaking another language, and after they hung up i sent a text saying something like ‘Allrighty then…lol!’ to them, thinking it was a prank.
In reply i got back a message, which starts with ‘Ni Hao’, so i think it’s Chinese. I then sent back a text saying i speak english (obviously not going to do anything) and got back a reply. I was wondering, half out of curiosity, and half wondering if it’s actually for me because i know quite a few chinese people lol, if any one could please translate them for me, it would be fantastic!
1st txt:
Ni hao, ni zai zuo shenme? Wo shi jordan sgroi de pengyou. Ni shui ma?
2nd txt:
Wo bu hui shou yingyu! Qing shou hanu!

If there is also something i can write back to resolve the issue that would be great!

* Sorry, i don’t know what it meant by “Ni shui ma”. It could be “Are you beautiful?” or “Have you slept?”

2nd txt:
Wo bu hui shou (shuo) yingyu! Qing shou (shuo) hanu (hanyu?) !
I do not know how to speak English! Please speak Chinese (Mandarin)!

If you don’t know this Jordan Sgroi. You could write
“Ni gao cuo le, wo bu renshi Jordan Sgroi. Qing bie huifu le, yinwei wo buhui shuo hanyu.”
“You have made a mistake, i don’t know Jordan Sgroi. Please don’t reply anymore, because i don’t know how to speak Mandarin.”
